A lovely Tuscan themed 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, wiith 1542 square feet of living space this home is perfect for a single family or two small families traveling together. Located within the exclusive gated Solana Resort in Davenport, this charming villa is just a 20 minute drive from Walt Disney World and it's the perfect place to relax in the private pool and spa after a day at the parks or on the golf course. It's beautiful and lush landscaping is sure to catch your attention and make for a breathtaking first impression. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. We want all of our guests to have a great time, but please be advised that under no circumstances do we allow parties or events to take place in this home.

The family room is furnished with a new sofa and loveseat set and two arm chairs, as well as a large flat screen TV with milti-channel cable and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi internet and free calls within the US and Canada are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a full size stove, refrigerator / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Just bring your food and condiments! The dining area provides ample seating for all guests. A separate utility room houses the large capacity washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. A small charcoal grill and a stroller are available for complimentary guest use as well. Please note that grilling is not allowed inside the screen enclosure.

The main master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV & DVD player and private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer. This bathroom can also be accessed directly from the pool area for added convenience. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and a hair dryer. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds. A third bathroom located near the third and fourth bedrooms can be shared by all guests. A Graco Pack-N-Play is available at no additional charge. All bedrooms have dressers, nightstands, plenty of closet space and hangers. Bedrooms are carpeted and all beds are fitted with mattress & box spring protectors. All linens and towels are provided.

Step outside the sliding glass doors, from the living room or the master bedroom, to discover a fantastic swimming pool with spa and sun deck to enhance your dream vacation. Relax on the sun loungers or enjoy outside dining at the table and chairs under the covered lanai. The screened enclosure allows the sunshine in and keeps the FL bugs out. A removable mesh fence seperates the pool from the lounging area for extra safety. Make sure you ask about the pool and spa heat, which is available for an additional charge.

Don't forget about all of the amenties you will have access to! The Solana Resort clubhouse is just a short walk away and provides hours of entertainment for the entire family. There is a pool table, arcade room and fitness center inside. Outside is a ping pong table and a tiki bar, as well as a stunning resort pool and jacuzzi. Next to the clubhouse is the children's playground, a rock climbing structure, sand vollyball area and a small miniature golf course. You'll need to schedule a whole day just to experience everything the resort has to offer.

All the excitement of Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld and Busch Gardens are a short drive away, not to mention great golf, dining, shopping and nightlife. Outside the gated entrance within a 10 minute drive you'll find quality supermarkets, restaurants, bars, fast-food, 24hr pharmacy, gas and shopping. You can be at the beach or the Kennedy Space Center in an hour. The Orlando International Airport is 35 minutes away. This area is the ideal base from which to explore Central Florida and the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts.
