The kitchen is exceptionally clean and neat. It provides many appliances that include a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge and microwave. This kitchen is spacious and can easily be utilised to make small or large meals. A small breakfast table that seats up to 4 guests also forms part of the kitchen. The beautiful counter tops are a plenty and their granite finish make them very easy to clean.

The dining room gets a warm natural sunlight from the large bay windows. It has contemporary styled chairs and a table along with indoor plants that give it a tranquil atmosphere. In total, the modern dining suite can seat 6 guests in one sitting. The living room provides 3 comfortable sofas along with a 28” TV and DVD player for added entertainment. There are large windows, meaning you’ll also get a lot of the natural sunlight during the day. Each room is either air-conditioned or comes with a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable during the hotter months of the year.

The villa has four bedrooms in total. All the rooms are light, well-designed and with a modern touch. The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and make for great living spaces. 1 of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with large queen size beds, beautiful accompanying bedside furniture and plenty of closet space. the 2nd bedroom also has a Queen size bed. The 2 other bedrooms are again spacious and have 2 single (twin) beds each. Each room has extra lighting and beautiful pictures adorn the walls.

The villa also has a covered patio with an outdoor dining area. While this place can be used for dining it can also be used for relaxing by the private pool on a hot day. You’ll be able to relax on the patio furniture that can comfortably seat 4. There are also additional outdoor chairs and a few sun loungers for those who want to lie in the sun.
