This lovely 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single-storey home located in the Sand Hill Point community features 2 living rooms, formal dining area that seats 8, fully equipped kitchen with separate breakfast nook that seats 4.

The 4 bedrooms consist of a 1 king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. The en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom has his and her vanities, garden tub (bath), wall-mounted hairdryer and separate shower cubicle and toilet while the queen bedroom also benefits from having an e-suite bathroom with toilet, single vanity and bath with overhead shower. There is a third communal bathroom as well with bath and overhead shower with vanity and toilet. There are 5 TV's (27" TV in the family room with DVD player, 20" TV in the master bedroom, 15" flatscreen TV in the queen bedroom and 14" TV's in both twin bedrooms). There is also a stereo player in the front living room.

All the living areas are tiled and both the family room and master bedroom have ceiling fans. There is a sofa bed in the front living room, which allows the home to accommodate 10 people comfortably and there is a desk and chair in the family room and high speed wireless internet. Out on the west-facing pool deck, there is a heatable electric pool, covered lanai with ceiling light, upgraded patio furniture consisting of 2 square tables, 8 chairs and 3 loungers, and there is also a pool safety net. The pool deck is very private with no homes overlooking the rear of the deck.

Only minutes from some of Central Florida's best dining, entertainment, golf courses, Posner Park – a large retail shopping center, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and all major area attractions! Sand Hill Point is a small, quiet neighborhood, just 2.5 miles south of the I-4 interchange on US Highway 27 to allow easy access to all the attractions.
